I love Doctors Lake Family dental. They are always sensitive to my phobia ( I have no reason to be phobic) of dentists. Very calming , accommodating , and willing to stop and give me a break if needed , I’ve been a patient there for 25 years and have never had a negative experience.

Love this office! the hygienists are amazing and the doc has a comforting bedside manner. Very thorough and takes the time to talk with you and answer your questions. If I had one suggestion for the team it would pertain to the check out process. They have tried to collect fees from me before billing my insurance. Bill my insurance first instead of guessing what they will cover. I’d rather get a bill with anything I owe after you’ve made the effort. If you just communicate that it might result in a bill then I’m good with it. It feels like that don’t want to be bothered taking that extra step. Other than that, very pleased with this office.

The best experience with a dentist I've ever had. The whole staff was awesome and understood that I was not a fan of dental work. Dr. McMillin is so very gentle and treated me like a human being being and not an invoice. I will be sending my whole family here as well as friends. Thank you so much!
