Warm, friendly, knowledgeable! Absolutely the best dental experience I've ever had. The Front Desk Team genuinely welcome and treat patients as guests, give a full tour of the facility and services, offer a free package of gifts as a thank you for visiting, provide information on services, scheduling, and monthly drawings (for participating in their community service projects - fantastic!!), and really make one feel comfortable and welcomed. There's a cute play room for children next to the waiting room where parents can keep an eye on them, snacks and drinks to accommodate waiting guests/family, many people on staff so the wait isn't long at all, and the location is easy to access being located in Fleming Island. Dr. Poblenz and my hygenist were very helpful and informative. My teeth and gums were checked with care and caution, calming my fears of probing picks, all went smoothly! I had my teeth cleaned and whitened - they even gave me a whitening tray and refillable brush for my evening whitening regimen. I wish I had been here sooner when I spent months in tooth pain agony under the care of someone else. I feel they would have listened to me better and saved me from pain, time, money and months of self medication. I found Doctors Lake Family Dental on Facebook via one of their community service projects and I'm so happy I did!!! All they do to help people (and animals) in our community is truly wonderful and getting to participate with them is just superb. I highly recommend this group for all your dental needs! You'll be so happy with how reliable and friendly they are.

Dr Boitet and his staff, from top to bottom, have taken care of my mother, my fiance and myself impeccably. Dr Boitet has treated my mother for approximately 30 years in which time he helped her completely overcome her phobia of any dental visit. She now looks forward to seeing everyone, especially Dr Dayn! He is an outstanding practitioner and we consider him our friend as well. Thank you so much for all your professionalism and compassion. 💜 😁 💜

This office and its staff are amazing! They go above and beyond for their patients and our community. They truly care and it shows from the moment you walk thru their doors!

Dr Dayn Boitet is a trusted dentist and friend. He even has a bible in his waiting room...how cool is that. The equipment he uses is state of the art. Everyone who works for him is awesome. Esp. my super dental hygienist Courtney. We have been going to Dayn and his office over 10 years. No complaints. A good dentist is not on every corner. Dayn is the best. He cares about dental health. He is not overly aggressive but makes sure all is well. He even has dental insurance available thru his office if you have none. He provides the best care!!!! He also has many awards from outside establishments.

The entire staff is warm and welcoming. They are always there to ensure your experience is comfortable and worth every penny. I wouldn't go to another dentist if I had too.

I recently broke my wisdom tooth and was immediately in pain and with my job it's hard to find an opportunity to schedule an appointment within a good time frame. I called 6 offices before I called doctors lake family dental ,who is open 7am-7pm Monday-Friday, they made an appointment for me that day at a time best for me. As soon as you walk in as a new patient they show you their whole office and what they can do, they introduced me to the staff and offered me water, coffee, or tea, and showed me the current charity they were supporting that month. Everybody was smiling and as friendly as they could be. They wasted no time getting me back and checking out my problem. They prioritized comfort and got to know me and quickly came up with a plan and solution. I was concerned about pricing because I didn't have dental insurance and was self pay. They worked with me and even gave me a a discount for being self pay. It was obvious that their main concern was my well being and comfort. I was able to get my tooth pulled that day within the hour of me showing up and drove home extremely satisfied!
