Great customer service with staff!! Always professional and genuinely sincere with care! I would recommend everyone to this Dental Practice.

If you are looking for professional, qualified and kind dental care, this is the place. The facility is staffed with very friendly people and first rate equipment. They also have snacks and freshly baked cookies. For once, I look forward to seeing my dentist.

I’ve been going to Doctors Lake Family Dental for almost a year now. It’s the best dentist office I’ve ever been to! The entire staff from the front desk to the dentists are phenomenal. My kids are completely comfortable there and actually don’t mind going to the dentist. And as if they couldn’t be any more awesome, there are monthly giveaways! My kids each got a free Sonicare toothbrush when I got their teeth cleaned in February. At my appointment today, they had free oral cancer screenings where the dentist could look for soft tissue changes. I will definitely stay with Dr. Valenti and this practice as long as I can.

This is the best dentist office, hands down. I used to hate the dentist and was a WIMP! Now I actually look forward to going to the dentist. I pay for my jobs upgraded plan just so I can continue to come here, because it is SO worth it. They have been patient and awesome with ever member of my family, even my 4 year old with sensory processing disorder loves coming here! Beyond the level of care, the service is phenomenal! Fresh cookies, smiles and comfort items for your procedure are readily available. They have also frequently called us in the evening to check on us after any major procedures. As if these things aren’t enough, not only did they get me in same day for an emergency need I had, but when it was apparent I needed to be referred out, they fought for me to be able to get in to the specialist that same day too so that I could get relief and price of mind. I truly cannot say enough about them.

Love everything about this practice! Dr. Shimunov was excellent, never felt pinch or pain! Dental assistant(forgive me. I forgot your name) was so comforting, helped relax me before and during procedure. I will definitely request Dr. S for any future procedures!
